Big Gay Hudson Valley X Fruition Chocolate Works Collaboration

Capturing the essence of the classic Manhattan cocktail, they start their cocoa beans out with a good long soak in a combination of Hudson Valley rye, and sweet vermouth.  Those fabulous little beauties are then transformed into a 69% cacao bar and peppered with dehydrated tart black cherries. What's not to love?

A portion of the proceeds from each Gay Bar sold will benefit Hudson Valley organizations working to better the lives of Upstate New York's vibrant LGBTQ+ community.  

Cacao Origin: Custom blend of Peru (Pangoa) & Colombia (Tumaco)

Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, rye, vermouth, cherries, bitters
