Organic Pure Vanilla Bean Paste

This organic vanilla paste combines the deep, rich flavor of vanilla extract with the visual appeal and texture of ground organic vanilla beans. It is simple and easy to use. Vanilla paste may be substituted one-to-one for pure vanilla extract in any recipe--perfect for adding to buttercream frostings, homemade whipped cream and ice cream. Vanilla paste tends to have a slightly deeper flavor than extract as it contains the actual seeds from the vanilla bean pod.

Harvested by hand, vanilla beans are the cured fruit of orchids. St. Croix Brand Pure Vanilla Extract features Madagascar-grown vanilla planifolia. It has a traditional, deep vanilla flavor and aroma profile.
